Overview
Send a random kill GIF to a member, with the message line user kills target. They probably deserved it.
Syntax
.kill <user>

Subcommands
None. This command takes no subcommands.
Permissions
Any member can use it.
Notes
- All in good fun. No actual Discord members are harmed.
- Resolve the target by mention, username, or ID.
- If the target cannot be found, Mist shows the command help instead.
